My daughter needed a car and she had her heart set on a Mini. After some on-line research, (and lots of frustration), googled "minis in richmond" and Richmond BMW popped up. We went to the dealership with a lot of questions about the BMW 3 series and trying out leasing for the first time, and Steve spent a ton of time going over the features of both of the cars we looked at. The offer on my trade-in was more than fair, and I drove home happy in a shiny silver 328i.
