Our trip to Richmond Crown Mini resulted in buying a beautiful used vehicle. Steve Lerner was very knowledgeable about the car. He showed excellent people skills and was very helpful by offering to buy lunch. No question was too insignificant to research. He was concerned for our safety due to traveling a long distance to the dealership. Rarely do I review products/services on the internet. Rarely do I have good things to say about car purchasing experiences. Because of a recommendation by my son in Richmond, my wife and I traveled 100 miles to visit this dealership. We ended up with a 'new' car largely because Josh Alford was such a pleasure to meet and and was so knowledgeable about BMW automobiles. I was looking to purchase a 2013 BMW Z4 sDrive35i and my local dealership was not willing to compromise on a deal for a special order car.
