Anton did a fantastic job with our pre-owned car purchase. Dmitriy is one of the best managers I've ever met. He is 100% committed to the purchaser. Tim, Joshua, & Eddie are Excellent service writers. They far exceed my expectations every time!! Matt Perry is an Excellent General Manager! I Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Richmond BMW and I owe most of that to Steve. Anything you want to know about BMW he is the guy to ask. I had the pleasure of test driving (2) 3 series sedans and I would bet that Steve informed me on more functions that the car is capable of than most owners figure out in years of owning the vehicle. My husband and I dropped in to look for a used car. Adam helped us and with his guidance and knowledge we bought our dream car. We had a great experience. Daniel helped us wrap it all up. Even though it got pretty late and they where closing, they never made us feel rushed, explained everything in detail and helped us finish all the paperwork. Overall we could not be happier. Thank you guys we will be back.

Our overall experience was great. All of the people that we dealt with were professional and easy to work with. Josh was terrific, not pushy and answered all of our questions. We had Dan the money man and he did a great job, we almost bought the undercoating. We met the whole crew, Aaron, Dimitri, Josh and Dan. All of them were fun and made the process enjoyable. I was looking for a MINI and reached out to other dealers. Steve was the quickest to respond and wasn't a hard sell. He understood my needs and really wanted to help. In the end I didn't buy a car from him because I found something local in South Carolina. However, he still called to congratulate me on my purchase from another dealer. How cool is that? I would highly recommend talking with Steve at Richmond MINI before you make your purchase.
