I had a really great experience at the Crown BMW Richmond dealership. Steve was a really great person to work with when buying my first car. Everyone at the dealership was professional and knowledgeable but Steve made the whole process a good experience overall. He was never pushy and really took time to make sure that I knew all of the features of the car before I left. Steve is the best I've had the pleasure to work with. He is knowledgable, friendly and engaging. He seeks to serve, not sell. That was key to my choosing to buy an X5 from Richmond BMW. Charles was very professional and knows the cars inside and out. He did not "sell" - he just explained the product in detail and insured that the process was as simple and efficient as possible. Charles provided the level of superior customer service you would expect at a luxury car dealer in a manner that was both welcoming and subtly enthusiastic.

Buying a car is not an experience that most people look forward to. While a person may want to purchase a car the steps needed to complete the deal has always been one I have dreaded in the past. This purchase and my experience with Richmond BMW changed the way I will approach car buying in the future. I liked the transperancy of the deal and the professionalism of the staff. I recently lost my car due to Hurricane Sandy. I purchased my CPO BMW x5 from Richmond BMW. I have been searching for an x5 for weeks for a specific color: white with black interior. When I located one at this dealership I inquired via Internet . Within a very short period of time I spoke to a salesman by the name of Steve Lerner. Anton Kulay is truly a very good salesman. He did not rush us in our decision making. He is very knowledgeable about the BMW's and allowed us to drive a couple different models to help us decide which one we wanted. I would highly recommend him to other customers.
