Really enjoyed working with Steve. He was exactly what I want from a car salesman... straight-forward, customer focused, very good at keeping me up to date on progress from inception to delivery, etc. He is very good about following through on details...and does what he says he's going to do. Highly recommend him!
Anton Kulay assisted my dad and I with a purchase of a used Buick Rainier. Anton was very friendly and attentive to our needs and made us feel welcomed and important. All of the staff was very friendly and greeted us at the door, but Anton was very memorable. I really appreciated the great service espcially after a long day at work. This dealership made purchasing a car a pleasant experience. We had never ownded a BMW but wanted to purchase pre-owned Diesel SUV 5X. Everyone was so helpful and we did not have a problem. We have always dreaded time to purchase a vehicle, but we can honestly say that this was a very positive experience and one we would recommend to others in need of a vehicle. The employees worked with us and the orientation to the SUV by our salesperson, Phillip Moo, was time well spent.

Anton Kulay is an excellent salesman: friendly, knowedgeable and sincere. He worked quickly and efficiently and helped convince me to purchase the car. Everyone else at the dealership was friendly and helpful, too.

I had a great experience in buying my first BMW. Josh was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He was able to put me in the perfect car with my budget considered. He was also thorough in his explanations of all the components of the vehicle, and followed up with me on the phone several times to make sure I was still 100% satisfied. With this being said, I plan on referring other prospective BMW customers I know of to Richmond BMW because of the excellent customer service.
I believe that they tried to get us the best deal they could. There was an issue when we fell in love with a 2012, but the numbers had been worked up as if it was a 2013. Howeve, we found a very nice 2013.

I am a returning customer, so am well aware of the superior customer service offered by BMW. I was not disappointed in my experience at this dealership. From the moment I set foot on the lot, to the moment I put a deposit on my car, I was at ease.
