The attention to detail demonstrated by Anton and Dennis while walking me through the purchase process was truly extraordinary. They took time to explain everything in complete detail and in a way where I could throughly comprehend everything. Their patience in responding to my questions was greatly appreciated too. I didn’t feel pressured or badgered in anyway. It was as if we were having a discussion versus them trying to make a sale. They know how to treat a customer.

Steve Lerner was a very eager and attentive sales manager. He and his entire sales team worked very hard to enable a smooth and easy sales process. They never pressured us into purchasing the vehicle and gave us constructive feedback about the different vehicles we were considering. We came from northern Virginia which is flooded with bmw dealerships, but Steve and his team not only beat them on price but there attention to detail and customer service are exemplary.

We purchased our new 2013 BMW this week from Richmond BMW on November 13, after working with Steve Lerner. We found Steve to be very high energy and focused on finding a car that met our needs. I came to the dealership to replace my 2004 Mini which had been destroyed in an auto accident. Not only was Steve friendly, responsive and very helpful, but seemed to understand that I had been through a traumatic experience and did everything he could to make my experience at Richmond BMW as seamless as possible. Rick Nelson is great. I appreciate the loner since my car had a broken rim and had to remain overnight. Your service and prices are excellent. I have had great wervice since I moved here 3 years ago from Northern Virginia. Passpart Mini recommended you...and I am very pleased. BB

I had no intention of buying a car yesterday. I went to the dealserhip to view a 545 and Josh took me on the test drive of a lifetime. Needless to say today I'm at home with that car n my driveway. Josh was very knowledgable, helpful but most importantly friendly. My self proclaimed advocate obtained an amazing deal for me and made sure every question was answered and every problem solved.
