I want to first say that Steve really made my car buying experience one I will never forget. He was so detailed and went thru everything with me from trading in my existing BMW to financing my new 2013 BMW 328i.. He always went the extra mile whenever I needed something.
This was my first experience purchasing a car directly from a dealer and, I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I've had making a car purchase, or any purchase for that matter. We saw a nice used 911 porsche At Richmond BMW and gave them a call. Steve Lerner answered and from there on all our questions were answered. Steve put us in touch with their mechanic who told us ever detail on the car and the pictures of the car were great too. We had an outstanding buying experience with BMW Richmond and with Steve Lerner. Steve spent a great deal of time with my wife and myself in going through everything about the x35i which we purchased. Even tho we ended up leaving well after the showroom had closed....at no time were we made to feel not welcomed. Steve even loaded into the internal hard drive...some great music for us to enjoy for the ride home that evening. Steve did a wonderful job delivering my new vehicle, and navigating some complicated details of the transaction. He was very knowledgeable, reviewing all of the new model details. This is my third 3 Series BMW - and yet Steve was able to point out several useful features offered by the previous car, that I was not aware of. We purchased a new Z4 from Steve Lerner. We wanted to do European Delivery and we wanted to wait until the 2013 models were being built. Steve kept in touch with us during this process letting us know pricing, options, and dates as soon as they were made known to him. We were kept up to date on production and got our vin number before we left for Germany.
