Good experience overall. Love the car. Shopped for more than 1-year and the dealership was great to work with. We will go back when we are ready for a new one.

Philip was very friendly and professional and he listened to what we wanted and found the perfect car to test drive. He and his team worked late nights several times to find us the car we wanted and they all worked hard to get us into it as quickly as possible. We love it and will definitely be back!

We were greeted immediately by Charles who was professional, courteous, informative, patient, and NOT a stereotypical car salesman. We were able to explain up front that we were there that day to only get information and research two different models. Even then, he devoted the next 2.5 hours providing us all the info we wanted, test driving both models, and offered insightful recommendations that we had not previously considered. Anton Kulay made my wife and me feel at home. He was very knowledgeable and concerned about our needs. We were so impressed with his customer service skills and attitude that we purchased (2)two vehicles. He is definitely an asset to his employer and the customers he assists. I had been watching an internet ad for a Nissan cube "Krom" with exceptional low mileage for a couple of days, and decided to write an E-mail with some questions. We got a call from Steve within an hour. Steve was so helpful, running out to where the car was to double check and correctly answer all of my questions. Breifly: Great customer service, friendly, professional stuff, exceptional sales experience. Our Sales Advisor Anton Kulay and Sales Manager Dmitry Shapovalov both did an exceptional job in explaining all the features of the new car, compared it side-by-side with also considered BMW 3-version, explained pros and cons of each car for our purposes, and provided hassle-free evaluation of our trade-in (btw – also a BMW ordered at the same dealership 9 years ago!). Steve was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He checked my pulse throughout the experience and was not overbearing and bothersome in any way. It was obvious from the experience that the Richmond BMW team works together in a very effective and customer-oriented way - no hand-offs, many introductions, and relying on each other for their individual skill sets as needed.

My wife and I both contacted the dealership and received excellent response. Steve Lerner when above and beyond what was expected to answer our questions and requests for information. I will definitely consider this dealership, and Steve, in the future.
