I visited the BMW dealship after being treated rudely and with no respect at the Audi dealership. Anton was very knowledgable and assisted in the test drive of my 335. It was one of my first experiences driving a BMW and I can say that because of Anton's service and professionalism I'm the proud owner of a BMW.
This dealership had a large selection of vehicles on the lot. Anton Kulay was very knowledgeable of the very many options offered. I test drove 3 different vehicles and they were very patient in explaining the option packages available. Anton followed up with all of the requested information and was not pushy with the sales calls. Anton was extremely helpful and went on an exhaustive search for the car right in front of us. He was very helpful, friendly and courteous. I had a great experience over all and everything I requested was provided from the service history to an offer for a ride from Newport News.
Rick is an excellent service manager. He truly loves MINIs and wants the best possible care to be provided for your MINI. He worked with me to find tires that I prefer that are not carried by the dealer. This guy is awesome to work with!

Richmond BMW is by far the BEST dealership I have ever worked with and STEVE LERNER had a lot to do with that. I have recently had some very poor experiences at a dealership so I was reluctant to buy another new car. Recently I purchased a 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 from this dealership. My salesman was Steve Lerner and he was by far the best person I have ever dealt with purchasing any of my vehicles.
