I came to the dealer today to look at a used Mini I found online. I called in and spoke with Stephen Lerner and he was able to answer my questions quickly so I felt comfortable coming in to test drive the vehicle. He was friendly, but professional and informative with his knowledgable of the vehicle. He highlighted the advantages of the dealership and the no haggle approach. I didn't feel pressured and was ready to purchase a vehicle today! I would reccomend the dealership and Mr. Lerner.
Rick went out of his way to make sure I understood what service would be provided and costs. A loaner was provided free of charge. Despite a very busy service day, I felt like I had his undivided attention and that my satisfaction was first and foremost. This is the third time I've had my car in and I've never been disappointed. As much as I love my Mini, the service department is the main reason I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else.
Steve Lerner was a very polite, professional and through salesperson. He checked to be sure we were satified with his service and that means much. We will and have reccommended him to our friends and family.

Steven was very attentive and has a great personality. He truely cares about his customers and his follow up and time spent with me was real.
The purpose of our visit was to research the BMW X5. Steve Lerner greeted us and then spent 3 hours with us discussing the vehicle and allowing us a test drive, even though we told him we weren't looking to make a purchase for several months. Steve's attention to detail and advice was excellent.
Working with Steve was the best experience that I have had when working with a car. He was quick to respond to my requests for a quote over the phone and had everything ready for me when I showed up in person. He handled a trade in and new car sale all in a couple of hours.
