We looked for a used car at many large and small dealerships and nowhere did we feel as welcomed and comfortable as we did at Richmond BMW Anton our salesman went above and beyond the call of duty to help us and to make sure we got the car we were looking for. The whole experience was fantastic from sales to financing. We would definitely do business again with Richmond BMW and Anton Kulay.
I had been looking for a used BMW for about a month and started chatting with Steve on the web. Steve was extremely helpful in our purchase of a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan and trade-in of our 1999 Mazda 626. He helped us secure financing that fits our budget as a growing family. Steve was willing to "adopt" me, as the gentleman who had sold me my 2008 convertible was no longer there. He spent a long time showing me how to get phone numbers called by issuing a request to "the voice" in the dashboard. We were in hysterics when "the voice" couldn't understand his Yankee accent.
