Know the car I wanted and the price I needed it at. Steve showed me severl options and made sure I had understanding the pros and con of each choices. Never felt pressured to buy and when it was time made sure everything was in line. Actualy The whole team was great to work with. They made buying a car a fun experance which it should be.
I will have to say that buying our first Mini was a blast. We were looking for a used car and just happened to stop in Crown Mini to see what it was all about. We know a couple of Mini owners who are happy with their cars so we thought we would check it out. All I can say is that Drew Tatom made the entire experience fun. Steve was extremely informative and knew his product well, answered all questions accurately and generally was a pleasure to deal with him. The experience was very friendly and inviting and the test drive was lengthy enough to learn how the car drives. I would indeed buy a car from Steve and Crown BMW and would expect it to be a memorable experience.

I have had nothing but great service and care for my vehicles at Crown BMW. The knowledge level of the mechanics are outstanding. I have had Dennis Morgan as my Service Advisor many times before and have nothing but praise for his customer services and automotive knowledge. He has always kept me well informed on the progress of any repairs being performed on my vehicles. For me it is well worth the extra distance to come from Williamsburg to have service performed.
I have dealt with this dealership for over 10 years (sales and service) and would highly recommend to anyone interested in purchasing or servicing a BMW. The staff is professional, courtous and always quite helpful when it even comes to the smallest detail. It's no wonder I am on my 4th X5!

Super super super customer service experienced today at Crown Mini of Richmond Virginia. To give a little background, we bought a used Mini on Saturday (2 days ago), and as any Mini owner will come to find out, there can sometimes be "issues" with the computer and the roll down windows. No big deal, it has also happenned on my 4runner. Just a little programming is needed. People are uniformly courteous and professional. Calls for an appointment are promptly answered. I appreciate the high level of organization evident. The service manager is articulate and informative. And the mechanics are experienced with the peculiarities of the Mini. I don't care for the high cost of maintenance, but I see that as separate from the attention and competence of the staff at Crown Mini.
