I had done my research and found the car I wanted on theinternet. All from home I was able to set up a time, verify the car was still there, and have a 24 hour hold placed on it. Brandon made the test driving process easy and we were able to take the car home over the weekend. We went into the process with financing from our Credit Union and I liked they did not pressure us to get financing from them or even worse be shady and pull our credit like some other local dealers had. Very friendly atmosphere. Financing helped us get the payments to where we wanted them and we left very pleased with our purchase! We will return to Lou Bachrodt next time we are searching for a new vehicle.

They listen to what we wanted and delivered. Very respectful and knowledgeable. We were able to ask a lot of questions. We were even offered tech support for things we did not understand. Very helpful.

Jr is the best salesperson. He is so nice and very fair he is not pushy at ALL. We have bought 3 cars with JR and would not go any other place. ( unless he goes somewhere else) We liked Frank as he explained everything well.

The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff including Salesman Jim Canfield was eager to find prices which would fit my budget. Jim also took a personal interest in making sure I understood the features of the Chevrolet Malibu and he has invited me to contact him in a week or so with any questions I may have.
