I was never treated like a 2nd class citizen, though my credit is less than stellar. My saleswoman Nicky and finance guy Frank were both professional, but also friendly, and put me at ease. I didn't even know if I could be financed with my credit, buy they both assisted me, and Nicky especially I felt was also personally invested in my outcome with her and this dealership. I will recommend her and Lou Bachrodt to my friends and family, and will return when I need another new car.
