Staff are very friendly and helpful. I love my new Chevy Cruz. I left a few things in the car I traded in, and they made sure I got the items back.

Our third auto lease from Bachrodt BMW. Friendly, attentive sales staff, very accommodating of our time and needs. Once we agreed to the terms of the lease, staff was exhaustive in demonstrating features, ensuring we were comfortable with the vehicle. BMWs by and large sell themselves, but the Bachrodt staff make the process pleasant and painless.

Told the sales rep, Will Smith, what my wife and I were looking for and the amount we had budgeted for car. Will gave us several good options and we went with the Jetta. I felt that Will was working for us and not trying to move us in a direction we didn't want to go. It was the best car purchasing experience I've had.

Excellent experience from start to finish. They worked hard to get me the car I loved at a payment I could afford. Josh & Steve were honest about numbers, and what I was paying for, there was no confusion or surprises. I was upside down on my current vehicle, and they came up with a solution to get me out of my current situation and into a new car. Fil answered every question I had and when I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle he found the perfect car for me! I AM IN LOVE WITH MY CAR!!! He was not intimidating at all and was very approachable and friendly as well he took extra time to make sure I knew how to operate all the features of the car so I felt comfortable when I got home with the vehicle. I will see him in the future for more cars when that time comes. I will recommend the Bachrodt family to all my friends and family!
