Our sales person Fil S. worked very hard to get us the deal we wanted. We came within our range and got the truck we wanted. He is very nice and easy to deal with. My only problem is the company itself needs to speed up the process for completion. Once we agreed on the price it took 3 hours to see the fiancé dept and sign the paperwork. This maybe something they the company managers can work on to make the whole experience more pleasureably and time efficient when purchasing a vehicle. At no time during the entire buying process did I ever feel that Warren didn't have my best interests in mind.
