I have purchased 5 or 6 vehicle's from the Lou Bachrodt Dealership. I would very much so recommend experiance to all friends and family. Sam was very professional and was able to answer all my questions and more. His knowledge of the GMC Acadia was great. Sam followed up on all details from the start to finish. I am happy with the sales staff, Kevin Lee in particular. I wish the vehicle I just purchased had more of the options I wanted but I am happy with the vehicle overall. The service department needs a lot of work.

When I first came to Lou Bachrodt, I was actually looking for a diesel Jetta. After the VW issues recently I changed my mind and didn't really know what I wanted.
