Our salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, nothing against him. I just feel that as a returning buyer and a person whose last 4 cars were Buicks, that we wouldn't have to go through all the back and forth on price. You should be able to see we have been there before and give us the best price where you make money and we do not have to go through all of that

I haven't purchased a new vehicle in several years and frankly i had a bad experience with the dealership I bought from. Bachrodts Auto Mall has shown me that service is their 1st priority. I'm very pleased with their commitment to pleasing the customer.

When I went to the Mall I was a little nervous and apprehensive. This was the first new car I was considering purchasing since the loss of my husband. They all were courteous to us and our sales representative Mr. J. R. Henry explained all of our options both buying and leasing as well as took the time to show us inventory on hand as well as network, He helped us narrow down our selections to the SUV that we purchased and the finance team made it a smooth transition for the deal thank you Mr. Frank Sumpter ..We literally rode off into our vacation which the Terrain performance was excellent up the mountains in Pennsylvania! !!!!
