Jim made our new truck buying experience easy. He answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. After considering the Chevrolet Sparks and Trax I finally came in to Lou Bachrodt;s Dealership to check them out. Not expecting to buiy that day on Saturday, July 18, 2015, I was window shopping so to speak. Everyone was friendly. The service was good, and I enjoyed their customer seating area upstairs. However, I had to wait three hours past my oil change appointment time. I didn't like the three hour long wait, and it seemed like they were overbooked. Anyway, I will still go back for the next oil change.

We had a very pleasant and very simple experience purchasing a Chevrolet spark at Lou bachrodt auto mall in Rockford,il. Brent Woodward is a very motivated, knowledgeable, and friendly sales person and was very courteous through the end of the deal. One of the best car purchasing experiences I've ever had by far.
