I called to check about my 5 yr status, Joe checked it out and made my appointment right away. He called and let me know when my auto was ready and made sure I had transportation. Jennifer has also been a great service adviser since I purchased auto. Great Team

Ryan was great with making sure my car was fixed correctly. He did not try to make excuses as others had in the past. He was also very friendly.

Steve Dreesen, the service manager, understands precisely what a BMW customer (and any customer, for that matter) wants: 1. A prompt return call if he is not immediately available; 2. An effort to schedule the car for service as quickly as possible, under the circumstances; 3. Courteous staff; 4. A clear description of what is recommended / needed; 5. My experience here was great !!!!! I left super happy with my decision on a brand new 2015 jetta !!! I have to say Casey is amazing and definitely will be coming back for a new car here !!!! First time buyer it was very difficult to make my choice but she made it simple and asked me what my favorite features were and made sure the car I was getting had it at a reasonable price !!!
