I have taken our vehicles several times to the service dept and i have always dealt with Courtney Karau and she is very friendly and always professional. But this time i used the shuttle service and a very nice gentlemen by the name of Gene Bell drove me to work and when my car was done he came and picked me up and drove me back to Bachrodt. I have to say he made the trip very enjoyable. He is a super nice guy.
Courtney has helped me so much with my VW Cabrio and has made me understand what has to be fixed and made ever time coming in a joy! She is the Best! Thanks COurtney
This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Clyde Mooney (salesman)was one of the most helpful & considerate people I've ever met. Everyone that I dealt with was friendly helpful. I will definitely recommend the dealership as well as Clyde to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
We were looking for a used SUV when we drove onto the lot. The first person we encountered was SL Purvis. He greeted us with a friendly hello and asked how he could help. We looked at a 2009 Chevy Traverse but ended up purchasing a 2011 model Traverse instead. Both SL and Mike listened to what we were looking for and at no time did they pressure us or try to steer us to a differenct vehicle. After dealing with my old VW dealer and Service Consultant T.C. near Hollywood, I was less than thrilled when my Passat started making a lumpy noise on the passenger side front wheel and I also noticed a leak. Courtney was great in explaining the new service for oil changes etc. at Bachrodt Chevrolet. I have been dealing with Bachrodts for years and always reccommend them. Keep up the excellent work.
We only buy our vehicles from Lou Bachrodt because of our salesman Joe Luy because he tells us what the price is and there is never any pressure or haggling and after we have purchased the vehicle if we have any kind of problem he is there to help with getting it fixed. Then when we take it to the service dept Courtney Karau is always very helpful and prompt with getting the vehicle's issue taken care of and she calls you as soon as it is fixed. You couldnt ask for more.
Just drove in -- hadn't purchased car there -- airbag light was on -- didn't even have an appt. - found there was a recall -- they did the work, did it quickly, professionally -- will return to buy a new car
Customer service was EXCELLENT. Eric and George went above and beyond all expectations. They met every need as well as every request. Have definitely recommended them to others! The service department met every request as well and got us in immediately to take care of concerns.
