I went in yesterday to purchase an X5 had quite honestly had a great experience with Lenny he was nice from the start and took time to explain all the features and details with the car. The price negotiation process was where the process went south but it was not due to the price being offered. You have to be very careful with this dealership as they are VERY DISHONEST. I am a new owner of a BMW. I thought I was moving up from an Acura. Perhaps I moved up in the prestige of the "car"; but I took a huge hit in customer service. I thought moving up would mean better customer care -- clearly not at this dealership. I was simply picking up my car on a weekend, and we got into an argument with the secretary because she took to heart what I was saying to the service manager. The worst service ever. It took 1 1/2 days for the service manager to call me back after leaving 4 messages. He pronounced my car dead and worthless before he looked at it. It ends up The problem was the battery and ibs cable. After I picked it up my service engine light came on, and my hood wouldn't shut all the way. That was on Saturday, today is Tuesday, guess what? We came in after inquiring about a special, and were happy to see the car waiting for us to test drive. We had gone on KBB and Auto Trader to get a rough estimate of the trade in value, and I told the salesmen that our purchase rested on getting that trade in value. I had a bad experience with a service adviser(Lucas) , I dont know about other service advisers. this guy is way rude and does not give full information about your vehicle, If the schedulers schedules with this particular service adviser its better to change the adviser right there or your entire day will get disturbed because of his rudeness. this happened to me.

No sense of urgency, no leadership, poor follow up and not taking ownership! I have been a manager since 18 years old, I myself can manage twice as better and still hit goal in sales and services. The sellers are good but then when they finish selling the car and they don't care for you no more. Make sure when you buy your car get everything gets done before you make the deal!!!! They will forget about you!
My wife was clear that she wanted to buy a BMW - we made 3 visits to this dealer to try and purchase a car - All three times we had to wait for over 15-20 minutes before anyone approached us ! The general attitude was laid back - it was not a busy place we could see sales people doing nothing - but no one bothered - finally we had to ask ! This happened twice for me already .... I booked appointments online both times and next day I get a call from the lady at the Princeton BMW service center saying my appointment cannot be honored since they are overbooked and they don't take appointments after 1:30 pm since technician leave after that...this is very sloppy service coming from a BMW dealership! I am going to try some other service center.
