Bought a CPO X5 from BMW of Princeton. I live in New York and this dealer was to order NY plates and send them to me. After 3 weeks and no plates, the temporary reg expired and no one at Princeton would return my calls or give me the NY registration info. When I finally discovered they had sat on the paperwork for 2 weeks- they refused to do anything to help. When I confronted Joe Galizzo with the facts, he yelled at me as if it was my fault. Stay Away from them. (Its about the service department and specific to the Service Adviser that I had) I had to take my BMW X5 there to replace my tired and i had a horrible experience. The Service adviser was very rude and he never returned by call. I had to call multiple times to find out when my car is going to be ready. By the time i got to the dealership my adviser was gone and the Actual invoice was much more than that he quoted over the phone. Also he didn't complete all the work that I had asked him to do. On March 28 I bought a CPO 2011 BMW X5 from BMW of Princeton, NJ. I am a New York resident so I was given a temporary NJ license plate and the dealer was to take care of obtaining my plates from New York. The temporary plate was due to expire on April 17 so a week before that, I started calling BMW of Princeton for an update. I left 2 voicemails for Finance Director DJ Felmey who had taken my money. Buyer Beware Please stay far away from Michael Webb @ Princeton BMW He is very rude, nasty, abrasive, unprofessional, and above all just very unpleasant to work with or to even talk to Refuses to help any of his customers, refuses to listen to them or to what they need in the vehicle, always seems to be in a rush to get off the phone Buyer Beware. Purchase a car elsewhere.

I was warned and should have paid heed, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake! DO NOT consider buying a new car from this dealership. I just spent over two hours at the dealership this afternoon, and will say that It was the worst new car buying exercise I have ever encountered. This dealership does not do what is best for its customers. I have been told by trustworthy friends in the industry that the deal given to me by the manager and dealer, was a complete rip-off. Unfortunately I found this out after signing the documents. Please do your research before buying from this dealership. I honestly could go on for a while and tell you what horrible experiences I had, but I don't want you to read this and think that I am just a disgruntled/uninformed buyer. This was possibly the worst service I have ever received from a car dealership, even non-BMW dealerships. They're messy, send incorrect reminders, and never seem to have my info correctly (despite visiting more than once so far). I've missed hours of work in an attempt to get my car serviced there, only to find that they either don't have my full info, have scheduled me for pickup instead of a loaner, or have completely forgotten my appointment. Horrendous sales and service. They have no clue how to communicate and do not return phone calls - even during the sales process. Service Manager Lewis is extremely condescending and accusatory. Receptionist is just downright rude. Live 10 minutes from this dealership, but would prefer to drive anywhere else to avoid the frustration.

I had the worst experience with the service department at BMW. I was treated with disrespect and the service agent yelled at me. In all fairness, I realized that I was being very determined in my position. I asked him to please have a mechanic check to see why my cars tire light had been on 90% of the time since I purchased the car. The car is a year old and i have replaced all four tires and had to pay $400 for a tire alignment. That is a lot of money. He refused and told me that is common.
