I was looking for a very rare allocation and Jeff spent several days contacting other dealerships to have one of the last 12 build spots transferred to bmw Cleveland. Since none were willing to trade Jeff emailed me the list of dealers so that I could still lock down a build slot. Witho to making any commission he still ensured that I was a happy customer.
