"PERIODIC MAINTENANCE Includinglip brakes" I appreciate the straight-talking from initial assessment and Matthew keeping me informed. The people -- particularly Matthew and the woman at the desk, are always friendly and fully informed. This same tone started with the purchase of two company cars from BMW Cleveland and my later personal purchase of two more. I travel 30 miles each way to this dealership.
"Excellent Service" Matthew our service advisor and our person at the front desk made drop-off and pick-up efficient and easy. The tech that serviced the car was thorough in doing the spec work and in finding/fixing another issue. This was my first service experience with this dealership and it gives me confidence in their capabilities.
"First maintenance appointment." Everything done very timely and convenient. I was send a reminder about scheduling and keeping an appointment. It was very convenient to have a loaner car available. And people were present and courteous.

"Oil change" Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Service was performed within quoted time. Waiting room is comfortable and offers varied refreshments. Repair reminders are appreciated. This is my dealer of choice.

"Appointment for periodic maintenance and front brake repair." Everyone was competent and friendly from the people greeting me upon pull up, Matthew, the service representative and the people at the desk who handled my loaner car and statement all contributed to a good experience. Matthew is especially good as he is very knowledgeable about the technical aspects of the car and is very personable.
"Thank you, Joe Chern!" Joe was so informative and helpful to us!!!! He took his time explaining everything, and we corresponded many times using e mail....answers gotten from him in a quick, timely manner!!! Love my X4!!!!!!
