"Purchase of a used 2019 Acura RDX" I purchased a used 2019 Acura RDX from BMW of Cleveland. I worked with John Phillips. He was great to deal with. He was professional and knowledgeable, and wasn’t pushy at all. I would recommend him. Overall it was a great and painless experience.

"Efficient service " My car needed to be towed for a blown tire from a pothole. They got me a car to my work through valet. Once the car was repaired, I got returned a clean, vacuumed car.
