"Amazing pre-owned experience" This dealership is above expectation. If you want a comfortable personable and easy going car buying experiece, this is where you should go! My car salesman was Charles Porter. Great personality, knowledgeable and works with you to find your perfect vehicle. And the best part, he's not a typical salesman! He listens and connects with you to find your ideal vehicle.
"New 750 BMW" I was extremely pleased by my experience with the personnel at Solon BMW. I purchased vehicles from Porsche, BMW, Mercedes and most of the domestic brands. Solon BMW compares favorably with all of them. If you are looking for a BMW, this is the dealership that I would recommend.

"Will return" We've bounced around different brands over the last 20 years, but we always find our way back to BMW Cleveland. Our latest experience was very positive. Everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful and friendly. If you weren't happy with some of the changes this dealer made a handful of years ago, I suggest you give it another chance, as things have now changed for the better.

"Great experience! " The best service I' ve received in 9 years! Everyone in the service Dept. was cordial and attentive. It took a little longer to set up an appointment because I had to wait for a loaner, per the person who originally scheduled my appointment. I had to reschedule, and the person who handled the reschedule fit me in without a problem- Great! There was a redo for my original service request, but it was handled promptly.
