At first it was a couple issues with the service not to be blamed on actual work done just chaos due to construction but Christian therefore manned up and made it above and beyond right have to give him props for owning up to the mistakes due to the chaos of the construction going on at the dealership that being said I would highly recommend Christian at Fields BMW

The service team always go above and beyond to fulfill my car needs. On this particular visit, BMW Internet service was out, so I was given a ride to/from the Starbucks so I could still work. Also my new service provider is assisting me with in picking out a warranty option.

I didnt realized the appt. scheduler gave me Jerry as my service agent. Jerry was a trooper and pass the service to Ed when I seem surprised and disappointed that it wasn't Ed who has been my regular service agent. He came to check on me at waiting area and ensured me that Ed will take care of me once Ed is back from lunch. He even apologized and thanks me for the long wait. My service advisor was Chris Goodrich he helped me a lot he followed up with me when my parts were on order and he was friendly and even helped me buckle child car seat properly 10of10 for my experience will definitely be doing all my bmw services at Fields!
