"Excellent Car Buying experience" Kelly was absolutely awesome to deal with. We connected and the next day she had arranged a seamless test drive experience for me. She was very attentive to the fact I didn't want to spend countless hours in a show room talking about options. "BMW of Middleburg Heights First Time Customer" First time to the dealership to service BMW X6. I was unfamiliar with dealership and Covid 19 procedures and while reading signage info on the door, the service representative Cassie, who was with another customer, paused and came out and welcomed me, saying she would be with me shortly. "As always a painless experience" Since 1996 I have been leasing 7 series BMWs for my wife to drive, in 2017 she decided to downsize to a 5 series and simply did not like the car at all, hated driving it and was at the point of looking for another brand. Ken would not here of such a thing and somehow put her back in a 2020 7 series and now she is happy again, Thanx Ken
