"First time in Ohio. Pretty nice trip, pretty good people." In overal good experience. Both Greg and Dan were very kind and professional. There were few issues with the status of the vehicle and I would appreciate a better price for the trade-in vehicle.

"BMW Westlake is Awesome!" Tremendous experience from our salesman, Jerry, to the wonderful Finance Manager, Mike. They truly make you feel like you are their only customer in the entire dealership. And, I have never seen a cleaner car dealership in my life and I am pushing 60!

"Wonderful experience" I just bought a new BMW after owning one for 12 years. I must say it was a little intimidating buying a new car after so long. Nez my sales person was great. He was very very knowledgeable, explained everything to me. We did have a tiny misunderstanding, but it was handled professionally and quickly, to everyone’s satisfaction.
