"Our car didn’t come with a owners manual. " We had to take a trip 2 weeks after we got the car. Was difficult because we didn’t know how to control the windshield wipers front and back. The back wiper still makes a scraping noise after service. Also our salesman Greg was trying to locate a second key and the manual. We did get our key but had to pay the $ 150.00 to have it programmed. We understand that our car is 5 years old. But would love to have a manual! "I had a problem that was causing one of my tires to thump..." I had a problem that was causing one of my tires to thump when I was driving to BMW Middleburg Heights for another reason. They quickly discovered that my tire had picked up a clump of road tar. They cleaned it off quickly and efficiently. I always get good service from this dealer
