"Overall had a fantastic experience. The entire process..." Overall had a fantastic experience. The entire process was quick and easy. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I was from out of state and was able to do a 90% of the process over the phone and just sign a few papers and was out in under an hour.

"Great BMW sales & service" Just brought home my 4th bmw from this dealership. On the last three, John Caruso was the sales rep. John is knowledgeable, low-key and a pleasure to deal with...I trust him. Jim Strunk in service is friendly, helpful and honest. My experience with these guys over the years has been great.

"2nd BMW purchase" I bought my 2nd car of John and BMW of Westlake this past weekend and the experience was amazing! I gave John a few ideas of what I wanted and he pulled around the perfect 2019 X3 for me. "Wonderful People" Overall great buying experience. Greg was wonderful, and extremely patient/ helpful in our process. He exceeded our expectations and made buying a car seem effortless.
