"It was a great experience buying my M850i from BMW..." It was a great experience buying my M850i from BMW Westlake. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. My sales guy Tom went through all the features even though it was getting late in the evening.

"Went out of the way for me" I'm not the ideal client. I have great credit, but in terms of my budget I have limits in cement on what I can do - most of which wouldn't make a dealership very happy. Not a lot in the bank, and a trade with some negative equity that had to be dealt with. I knew what I could afford at a max, and if it couldn't be met or came in too high I had to walk away. "Problems eventually arise" These guys have a great team. I went in for an alignment and they let me know i had other issues i had to deal with first and they didn't charge me for the two separate times this happened. I was flustered at first, but then i came to realize they were just doing their job and trying to help me out. Overall good experience! I will be going in for my follow up here in a few days!
