My experience with Jay Traner at Ganley automotive was absolutely fantastic. He alleviated much of the stress caused from car buying with his excellent and attentive customer service. I purchased my car from out of state and Jay made the experience extremely easy. He was very knowledgable about the car and did an great job explaining the details and features of the car. I would highly recommend Ganley to anyone wishing to purchase a BMW.
I was committed to buying a BMW, I knew the model and year I wanted, and what I was willing to pay. I met with several BMW dealers looking for the best deal. Dirk approached us first and made us feel welcomed to their Dealership. He was very patient with us, answering all our questions and getting to know us a bit. Since he was involved with another transaction instead of making us wait, he introduced us to Brooks Rorapaugh who is very patient, listens, is very, very knowledgeable about their products and spent an incredible amount of time with us. This is the second BMW I have purchased from Ganley -- One CPO and this one used. They are easy to do business with. No pressure sales. While I located vehicles on the internet --- they know the product line and explain it well.
I just picked up my first 2013 328i X Drive on 12/24/12. This was my first BMW purchase and the experience was fantastic. Brooks, Adam and Mike were all very attentive and provided excellent customer service from the moment I entered the dealership. The time that was spent with me reviewing the car after my purchase was above and beyond my expectations. This dealership is; in fact, the ULTIMATE experience.

I recently purchased a 2010 CPO 528i xDrive from Ganley BMW and their customer service is truly top notch. After about 3 months of shopping for CPO BMW in locations closer to my residence (VA, MD, PA, NJ, NY, and CT), I walked away from a number of other dealerships completely unsatisfied due to behavior which included high pressure tactics, arrogance, lack of empathy, and absurd pricing.
