Very good experience with Ganley BMW; the staff is extremely knowledgeable about the product they sell, very helpful in locating vehicle that fit my needs, Jay Traner, Bob Strecker and Mike Hall made the vehicle delivery a great experience. All the staff at Ganley BMW are very attentive, acknowledged and greeted in a friendly manner by everyone I passed, even associates that were not working directly with me. I highly recommend Ganley BWM, they are a pleasure to work with.
Competitive prices and exceptional customer service. Ken was very friendly and obtained a reasonable rate for my trade. I trusted his judgement, which is what ultimately convinced me to side with BMW over two other options. All others were also very friendly. Dealership is very clean, and coffee is appreciated.
Dirk was amazing to work with. So full of energy and willing to work with me to get the best deal, not against. He calls me to make sure I am doing well and if I ever have any concerns he is always willing to help (I now live in Wisconsin and cannot stop in if I have a problem). Dirk is new at Ganley but a great salesman to work with.
I had no previous experience with Ganley, but found a car that was highly desireable online. Jerry was prompt and professional in our e-mail communications and when we came to agreement on price was great on the phone as well. I got a ride up to the dealership from Columbus to pick up the 750i and Jerry was personable and offered superior customer service.
This year I leased my 4th car in 7 years from Ganley BMW. I always deal with Jerry Mancini because there is never any uncomfortable price haggling or pressure like with other dealers. My sales rep was extremly professional, explained in great detail vehicle features, etc... I had an overall good customer experience, for the most part my needs/expectations were met, other than value of my trade-in.
I locagted a car on an internet search which matched my goals - used, certified and low mileage. I sent an e-mail describing my interest and also describing a need to trade in a used Porsche Boxter S.
