This was my first BMW experience/purchase, and Tom was professional, clear and responsive to all my requests. Test drive and car inspection went smoothly, and we were able to come to a financial agreement without pressure. Friendly and professional. Additionally, Tom and Fred kept their word on all the details. Overall, this experience was exceptional and I highly recommend Tom and the Ganley Team.
Just received my fifth BMW in 15 years. I have worked with 3 dealerships and have just had my best experiance with Mr. Steffen. He is a true professional, with excellent customer service skills. He made this last transaction smooth and seamless.
If I were able to give a higher rating the 5(great)I surely would. By far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Highly unlikely that I would EVER go anywhere else for my needs based on this experience. Tom was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.
If you're looking for a BMW, this is a quality dealership with friendly and knowledgeable personnel. Having lived in Germany for 15 years driving 5 series Beemers, I was familiar with BMW's standards and Ganley BMW impressed me as a dealership that would meet or exceed those standards. This is a bit dated, but....we leased a new vehicle and financed a vehicle we had been leasing. Everyone we met or talked to were GREAT to work with, but something seemed to get lost a little bit in dealing with everyone (together) who needed to provide a service to get us out the door (timely) with our vehicles. Getting our previously leased vehicle CPO'd took a lot longer than we were led to believe. I have only good to say about Ganley BMW. When getting a new car, the worst part is typically the negotiation process - especially when trading in an existing vehicle. The Ganley folks were straightforward without being condescending. I would recommend this dealership.
