Dirk and Frank were both very pleasurable and easy to work with. They were not pushy typical car sales men. You could tell that they both bleed BMW and truly care about the customers criteria for buying a car. I would highly recommend working with them on your next BMW purchase because I sure will. Kaleb

Overall I could not be more satisfied with my overall purchasing experience for my new 2012 BMW 528i; from my initial contact through delivery..... Dirk responded to my email inquiry within minutes, indicating the car I wanted was still there; we scheduled a time to drive it the next day...car and him were both available at time promised. This is my second BMW purchased at this dealership,both times my salesman was John Caruso,who I found was very knowledgeable about both vehicles which made my buying experience a pleasure. My wife and I were greeted promptly upon each visit at the dealership. We were not pressured into buying a vehicle. Everyone was respectful of our time and were willing to answer any and all of our questions. The test drive in the X3 was outstanding.
