I had a very good all experience which is why I went back a second time to get my new 335Six from Ken Delk. Ken did a nice job this time as well.
Ken is attentive, thoughtful, professional, and direct. He knows his product well, takes time to help with research, and is ethical. Works hard to find the right car for the buyer and will work off hours to be responsive.
This was my best experience of buying a car. Dirk was professional, polite, knowlegeable and eager to help without any pressure. Price could have been little better. I would recommend Ganley and Dirk to my family and friends without any reservation. I know my next car is coming from Ganley too.

Frank and Dirk were able to search through vehicles that were coming up for a dealer auction and find one that met our requirements. They also worked with us to ensure the price fit what we expected and brought in the car that we desired. We are very happy with the service we received by both Frank and Dirk. I intially went in to get my car serviced. So as I was waiting I took the time to walk around the lot. Suprisingly no one came up to me to see if I had any questions until I crossed Kenneth Delk's path. He was very professional and personable.
