The sales experience was relaxed and easy. The sales rep came in lower initially than I expected and we negotiated from there. Love the new car! Sales rep was very responsive to emails and calls and answered all my questions during the wait. Very satisfied.

When I came to the dealership I was unsure about what kind of car I wanted to buy. I was in the market for something, I just didn't know what. I had been to 8 different dealerships and had looked at almost every type of car, but not one salesman came to greet me in the lot until I went to Ganley BMW. I am completely impressed with this dealer, and the salespersons. My initial and ongoing consistent contact was with Dirk Steffan who was professional, friendly, kind, and did not at all pressure me into a sale. Nor did his brother, Frank, although I had less interaction with him, but he did provide much needed information on a day that Dirk was not working. My first experience with Ganley BMW was outstanding. Both the GM and sales associate were very personably, helpful and transparent. We traveled 60 miles to do business with them and the trip was well worth it... we received a very fair value for our trade as well as the new vehicle.

John was great to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful. Selecting a new car with the right features can be a complicated process, but John and the staff of Ganley BMW made it as easy as possible, and I'm quite pleased with the results. Mike was very thorough and easy to work with in explaining additional options, warranties, and the like. I would certainly recommend this dealership.

Our client advisor was great. He was professional and friendly. Mr. Redic was thorough, and the information he provided confirmed my research on BMWs. The finance manager was great as well. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I was very impressed with the service at Ganley BMW. Tom was very easy to talk to. He and Fred Palmer were wonderful to work with. I was able to negotiate a price of vehicle I was comfortable with. It was no hassle to deal with these salesman. I was skeptical because I am a woman and felt the salesman may try to give me a hard time but they gave me excellent service. This was a flawless new car experience. The pre-sale communications provided by Frank Steffen was often and accurate. He provided clear and accurate information from trade-in value of my previous car to new car negoiated pricing ,and made good on all his committments. The delivery of the car was smooth , with Mike Hall making the finance part painless and Dirk Steffen providing all the information I needed to feel proficent with the cars capabilities. Went to look at a used mini cooper. The service and friendliness were outstanding. As I had not fully prepared to BUY, only look, I didn't have my checkbook with me. The staff stayed late on a holiday weekend to allow me to drive back to Oberlin and get my checkbook and had everything ready for me on my return.
