This was the first time I bought a car at a distance. I live in Dayton and Tom Zito did an outstanding job of answering my questions at all times of the day and night over a week long period. I purchased one car from here and had a great experience with it. So when I saw the new F30 3 series, I knew I was going to get another one here. I worked with the same Client Advisor as before and they were informative, responsive, and not pushy. He was willing to "go to bat for me" when it came to negotiating and we worked out a great price. With out a doubt the best new car purchase experience I have had. from help on deciding model/options/etc. all the way through delivery it felt like it was a custom fit process meeting my need (not boiler plate).
Overall it was a great experience to get my new BMW X5. Everybody worked like a team from the first meeting to the time I drove the care outside the dealership. Excellent price.
I Just purchased a new 750xi BMW from Brooks and have to say is it was a fantastic buying experience! The deal on the purchase was phenomenal.
