I had a regular service performed and a couple of small items regarding the digital interface and some road noise addressed. Scheduling was fast and easy. The day of service was handled professionally and with exceptional communication by Brittaney who really went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations.

"Another positive experience at BMW of Westlake!..." Another positive experience at BMW of Westlake! Communication from Brittaney was outstanding from texts to phone calls she kept me in the know. The service techs diagnosed my problem quickly and were able to finish the repair and get me back into my car within 48 hours of me calling the service department. Great job BMW of Westlake!

"I greatly enjoyed purchasing my CPO BMW Jerry was..." I greatly enjoyed purchasing my CPO BMW Jerry was helpful, no pressure and easy to deal with. As can happen with the best of people, they caught some work that had not been done to qualify the car as CPO (new brake pads in our case). I wouldn't have known but they caught it and fixed it. They are serious about doing things right. Brittaney is always accommodating with scheduling and makes service as painless as possible. The service techs (Charlie) is extremely knowledgeable and provides detailed explanations of problems. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
