It’s 4:30 in the afternoon , i am driving on the highway and i realized that my dashboard is flickering and shifted, so i called BMW and i talked to Christian and i explained to him about the problem. He would not let me dive the car and asked me to bring it right away. Because he cared , he had a loaner waiting for me, he took care of the problem. Thank you Christian

And a reasonable trade-in price. Periodic updates while waiting for manufacturing and delivery. It was so easy and friendly. No emotional stress.
