I had just purchased a brand new 2021 BMW X5 Xdrive 40i I had only driven it for 300 miles when the front windshield wipers froze in the middle of my windshield during a downpour. I called BMW Westlake and spoke to Jim Strunk in service. He mentioned that it would be a week before he can get me in, but he was able to squeeze me in the next day and gave me a loaner as well.
