My car buying experience with Max Moyer was wonderful. I was shopping to replace my 2012 528i it was a want not a need. Max understood my intentions and did not pressure me. I sent him my list of must haves on the vehicle and informed him that if we could not find what I was looking for I would keep my '12 528i. The typical car buying experience makes just about everyone that has ever lived groan. You get badgered, if they don't have what you want they will somehow try to shoehorn you into something they do have on the lot. I'm sure just reading this makes you queasy. While browsing online I found something that fit most of my criteria, and came to visit Max. We drove, it and while at first I thought I was OK with the colors, in the end I had to turn him down. I got to this dealership through True Car and Karen contacted me quickly. She was super quick in getting back to me, seemed upbeat and personable, and clearly went the extra mile to get me both the vehicle I was interested in and the price I wanted. She spent a good bit of time on the phone with me making sure she had all the information that could help with rebates and incentives, and overall was super helpful! Max Moyer had the vehicle I was interested in ready to go when I got there. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, but I never felt pressured or rushed. The test drive was a great experience and Max made it fun. We got back to the dealership, went over all options, and I was allowed to make my decision in an easy, comfortable environment. My husband and I have had two excellent experiences with BMW of Silver Spring and especially Tae Yeon. Tae helped us every step of the way -- making sure we got what we wanted, when we wanted it, and for the best possible deal. I wanted a very specific build and Tae searched for two weeks to find me the perfect car. Tae and the dealership were so helpful, responsive, and made us feel comfortable the whole way through.
