I brought my car in for a headlight malfunction-they were pulsing like strobe lights. Rachel Rhea, my service advisor, was wonderful. She is very professional and knowledgeable, and she kept me informed on the progress of the repair. I absolutely recommend the Siver Spring BMW service department and especially Rachel.

This is my 4th vehicle purchased from BMW of Silver Spring and my first with Max. This dealership is Tops.... I don't think I would want to go anywhere else. They are reasonably priced and will definitely work with you. Max and Eric worked with me to help transition into an Plug-in Vehicle for my first time. They were great! I had a couple odd request that they moved on without delay. The process was smooth and easy. Thanks guys! When the time arrives I will be back!

Although I ended up buying a different make, I would like to give a shout out to Desirea Jackson. She was a pleasure to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. We visited multiple times while trying to decide between an Audi A5 and the BMW 430i. She was prompt, patient and did a great job in making the case for the 430i. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to visit BMW of Silver Spring.

Max is a fellow car guy. He's not just a salesman but someone who is passionate about cars just like me. I'm an out of state buyer and we worked through a lot of details and some haggling by email and a few phone calls. Everything went smoothly. The dealership had some trouble figuring out how out of state trade in, tax, title etc goes, but they figured that out in due time and everything worked out great.

We really enjoyed our car shopping experience in middle December 2017 with Max. Despite some inclement weather, we were able to take a few test drive, explore options, and then take some low-pressure time to consider our preferences before making a decision within that next week.
