Brandi was very thorough and let me know exactly what my 335i needed. At other dealerships I sometimes feel that they are adding on services that I really don't need. I never feel that way here. This was my third time purchasing from BMW Silver Springs. However, I purchased a Black on Black X4 2016 in September of 2015. Hated the color could not live with it so two weeks ago I traded it and got my Suga that's his name. So they say third time is a charm and it's true. SILVER SPRINGS BMW as always accommodated me at the heights level.

Was interested in viewing certified pre-owned BMW's and was most interested the 5-series models. The salesperson Kan was very helpful in helping us decide which car would be perfect for us. The negotiation process with Kan was painless and we ended up purchasing a 535 xd - what an amazing car.
