I would highly recommend this dealership. Joanna McCarthy was very knowledgeable and very professional. She is very patient and answered all of our questions. She made the stress of buying a car pleasurable. BMW doesn't just make a top of a line car but also hires top notch people.

BMW of Silver Spring is a clean and exciting place to be. I visit the Dealership every 'blue moon' with my wife and enjoy sitting in the showroom vehicles. The last time we were there, she spoke with a Service Adviser, Mrs. Kristina Williams, who was filling-in for our usual guy. After searching in several states for a CPO BMW X3, I found an excellent one at The Silver Spring Dealership. Not only did I find an excellent vehicle, but also found an excellent employee, Kailash Joshi. He is a true gentleman and has a great personality, and made the purchase a truly pleasant experience. Kailash Joshi knows the BMWs he sells. This was refreshing, given some of the garbage I was fed during test drives at other BMW dealerships in the DMV area. This authority was a good first step in the process of entrusting my business to BWM Silver Spring. I've owned several BMWs but this was my first time working with Kailash and BMW of Silver Spring. It was hands down the fastest and most effortless closing and delivery of a vehicle I've ever experienced. We negotiated the price via email and phone. On Saturday, April 2, 2016 we were assisted by sales person Ronald Askew and because of him we had a wonderful experience. In under a hour we settled on a vehicle we ultimately purchased.
