I purchased my first ever BMW yesterday and I just had to write about it. I was nervous and excited all at the same time. My sales team (Karen Herbert and Troia Collins) are the greatest and I will put them up against any team. They made my experience relaxing and comfortable. Karen J. Herbert was remarkable! I live in Ohio, but the Silver Springs location had a vehicle to meet my needs. In 4 emails I had reached a deal and Karen took great care of me. I flew in, the dealer picked me up at the airport, and in only a few minutes paperwork was signed and I was driving my new BMW x3. I'll fly to DC again to buy from Karen!

We showed up at this dealership with no appointment and the helpful staff spent all day with us test driving several vehicles to determine which one was the best for us. Since we are new to the BMW brand, they had a lot of explaining to do, but everyone was very patient and helpful and we love our new X1!
