I recently leased a 2016 328i xDrive. I knew exactly what I wanted, and set up an appointment with Karen Herbert on short notice. She fit me into her schedule, and actually had the test drive vehicle ready for me before I got to the dealership! The process was smooth, efficient, quick, and fair. I traded in my old 328xi, and had a new one, in the span of ~3 hours.

I had my car towed to Silver Spring dealer from that Rockvile dealer. The customer service and care at Silver Spring was remarkable. It is a stressful situation having a car malfunction and the team at Silver Spring recognizes that and does not add frustration. They are helpful, professional, and fair.

My initial contact with via the internet. Kailash responded almost immediately. All of my questions were answered before arriving at the dealership for a test drive. The negotiations went smoothly that lead to my eventual purchase. My trade-in arrived at the dealership with a tire nearly flat -- he even help direct me to a nearby repair shop. Overall, outstanding sales work. Personable, Friendly, and low key.

The Costco Auto program directed me to BMW of Silver Spring. I had considered purchasing an electric vehicle for many months and had worked with Kailash Joshi when I first looked at the BMW i3 in the Fall of 2014. I have been getting my BMW 328i Xdrive serviced at BMW of Silver Spring since I purchased it in 2012. When my original service advisor left the company, I chose Jai Jennings as my new advisor and I couldn't be more satisfied!
