I usually don't post, but I had such a great experience ( buying a car of all things...) that I had to. I worked with Kailash Joshi of BMW of Silver Spring to custom build my BMW. He made this whole process very easy for me. I did not know that custom building a car, deciding all the features, and agreeing on a price could be so straightforward and worry-free. Jacob Raykhel, my salesman at BMW of Silver Spring, walks on water. That's a bit extreme, I know, but I'm in my late 60s and have bought 20 some cars in my lifetime, so I have a little experience in this area. I have never in my life dealt with such a knowledgeable, ethical and helpful sales person. Jacob demonstrated to me that negotiating an automobile purchase does not have to be an adversarial process.
